2. Object’s construction technical auditing:

• Checking of documents availability which confirms qualitative parameters of structures, products, materials, and equipment used during the Object construction, i.e.: technical passport, certificate, laboratory research results statement, etc.;
• Conformance inspection of executed building and assembling works, structures, products, materials, and equipment to requirements of design statements, state standards, building norms and regulations, technical specifications and other normative documents;
• Conformance inspection of executed building and assembling works’ quality to construction documents;
• Check of instructions and regulations execution by Contractor, which issued him as per results of technical supervision, state architectural and constructional inspection, and state supervision;
• Execution together with Contractor inspection and estimation of fulfilled works results including covered-up works and structural elements;
• Drawing up of an act of building-assembling works, which carried out with infringements;
• Participation in working committee’s inspection of some structures and blocks, any building-assembling works, compliance to technical specifications of mounted special equipment, facilities, and machineries;
• Participation in state supervision authorities’ and architectural and constructional inspections’ checks up;
• Other functions connected with technical inspection of concrete object.

3. Examination of the object after construction works ending and preparing certificate about technical state of the completed building object.

The Department exists about one year. During this period, 120 of contracts were signed and 70 of building objects were put into operation successfully.
