The CRIMEA NIO PROJECT JS Co. carries out functions of the Territorial Project Institute in the sphere of housing-civil projection in Sevastopol Region.

Remarkable peoples work in the Institute’s staff. There are two Honored Architects of the USSR among of them.
The Company is completed with highly skilled specialists, who have work experience during many years. The Institute has modern technical facilities and software for calculation of building constructions of any degree of complexity. Including constructions which are situated on acclivities and in the regions with seismic activeness up to 9 earthquake magnitudes on the Richter scale.
