Round House

Omega-2A Micro-district

The House is situated on the crossroad in hinged manner. Antique road with homestead and trenching walls was discovered and kept. The House’s architecture is developed in single ensemble with the President’s House built previously.

Diameter of the Round House’ courtyard is of 85 m. Self-contained interior space appears. There are playgrounds for children and adults in the center of courtyard.

Omega-2A Micro-district
The Building is radial in plan. It’s oriented to Omega bay, generating seaside recreation area. The Building has a single cornice in spite of six meters relief differential. This gives it wholeness and solidity.

Stylistics of the Building has been designed in traditional for the City of Sevastopol classic style, but in modern restrained manner. Parking is situated on the ground floor level.
